How We Started
Here at PMS we have been making a name for ourselves even before we opened our doors in 2011. Jimmy has been in the industry for over 30 years, starting his carpentry training when he was only 14. From there his love for construction and property maintenance has only flourished. He has worked his way up from Carpenter to Foreman to General Superintendent and now has made it on his own. At PMS we take pride in the quality work we put out, our knowledge and experience in all facets of the construction/maintenance trade and our ability to execute great work in a timely, proficient and professional manner. His position as GS for the last 20 years has allowed him to obtain experience in all areas of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and even general site work which in turn allows for PMS to be the 1-Stop-Shop that we are. With over 800 condo conversions under his belt since 2001 and more burst pipe repairs than one can keep track of, we have the expertise to troubleshoot, rebuild, repair and remodel.
